I believe coaches do very important work in the world.  A good coaching relationship can dramatically improve someone's life, career or business.  Coaching raises awareness, helps individuals make much better choices based on what's really important to them, calls out someone's very best qualities, and supports them while they move past old automatic behaviors to get better results, quicker, than they could accomplish on their own. 

As a coach, you see amazing changes happen every day, and that is why I believe coaching is one of the greatest agents of positive change the world has seen in quite a while.

The world needs more good coaches. In service of helping more coaches succeed commercially I have always donated a large portion of my time to write, volunteer, speak, promote, or otherwise help this young industry grow and become more professional.
