Info, Resources & Marketing Help
For Coaches
I love the young profession of coaching, and believe coaches do really important work in the world. To help build this profession, I have always volunteered a big chunk of my time (at the ICF, coaching groups, etc.) to help increase the professionalism of coaching and the commercial success of coaches.
Whether you are an aspiring coach, a new coach, or an established coach, I offer you useful (free) information, along with various programs and products to help you find your way and fill your practice.
For Aspiring Coaches
If you are thinking about becoming a coach, I bet you are a bit overwhelmed. There are a lot of programs (some great, some not) and quite a bit of confusing information out there.
To help you get the information you need, I have written an article that describes the process of becoming a coach and gives you my best advice how to do it well. It will save you a lot of time, money and suffering. You can read it at How To Become A Coach. Or you can watch a short video here.

THE HERO'S JOURNEY AND COACHING
In their day to day life, (and in the building of their practice) many coaches face a wide range of experiences - from inspired callings and purposeful visions, all the way real doubts, and seemingly insurmountable challenges. Our path into coaching can be seen as a journey that teaches us some important lessons on who we are and what we are really capable of.
Joseph Campbell’s work on “The Hero’s Journey” arises out of the observation that the principal journeys we take in life follow a timeless theme. There are recognizable stages, important thresholds, natural consequences, mysterious forces at play, and extraordinary outcomes possible.
It is the stuff of myth, and this ancient wisdom holds great and timeless insights to help us (and our clients) grow past our current limitations and achieve remarkable breakthroughs.

A big part of building a successful coaching practice, is moving past all the doubts and limiting beliefs we have about our ability to coach, market, or generally be who we want to be. (I really do not know a coach who did not have their fair share of saboteurs, gremlins, inner critic/shadow beliefs, conditioning, etc, that they have to overcome.)

The 6 Figure Practice Mentoring Program
- My most popular program, with tons of testimonials and years of proven results.
- ICF CCEU Accredited, (12 hours to be used towards your ICF re-certification.)
In addition to 1 to 1 mentoring, I have developed a year-long, transformational program to help coaches break through the predictable plateaus they reach. (Where they have some clients but are not fully and authentically alive and expressed, and are nowhere near a full practice working with people they love.)
This program has won a lot of accolades over the years. You can learn about it at The 6-Figure Practice. This program involves 1 to1 work, small group work and large group work and is my most powerful, and favorite program for coaches.
