Since the conception of this program, I have had the pleasure of seeing it make huge differences in the lives and practices of dozens and dozens of coaches. I've run 6 full groups now and I continue to grow and evolve the program to maximize its impact on the participants.

Course Structure

Year Long Program

There is no short cut to extraordinary success. Meaningful change takes time, focus, commitment and benefits from a systematic approach with accountability. Coaches have some habits they need to build on, and others they need to grow beyond. (And while I always allow any client to withdraw at any time, I strongly recommend you commit yourself to the full program to receive the greatest benefit.)

Monthly Learning Calls

Most established coaches have learned the basics of 1 to 1 selling, but few have really found their niche full of ideal clients, correctly branded and positioned themselves, developed contact strategies that build on their strengths, learned how to leverage themselves, raised their profile in their market, generated passive income, have a web site that attracts a steady stream of ideal clients, developed support structures, or otherwise done the things they need to begin to work "on" their business instead of "in" their business.  Also few coaches have devoted the time to raise their coaching, self-confidence and interpersonal skills to a level where they can optimize the changes their clients want to make. Weekly Accountability Calls

Coaches, like all independent professionals, work far below their potential simply because they lack simple support and accountability structures. This is particularly true for people who have never worked on their own before, but even long-time solopreneurs rarely have the support they need. 

In the 6-Figure Mentoring Program you will choose a small group or learning partner (buddy) to share weekly accountability/learning calls with.  In these calls you will go through your Weekly Action Planner (our course accountability process) and set priorities, plan actions, and reflect on key learnings.  The support of these calls play a critical part in helping you make the important changes required to get radically better results.

Monthly 1-1 Calls With Steve

This program includes a monthly 1 to1 coaching session with me to give you the individualized attention you need to maximize your growth and development as a coach and marketer. Having worked with many coaches I know we are all blind, or most resistant, to the changes we need to make the most. Typically participants value these 1 to 1 calls as the most powerful part of the program.

Email Support 

This is a group program. You will have email access to each other and Steve, as needed.

Who's This For?

This mentoring program is designed for serious professional coaches - who have completed or are well through their training, or have been out there for a few years. It is aimed at coaches who want to master their profession and are serious about breaking past their current limitations and creating an extraordinary life and practice. (Coaches who are ready to do much bigger things in their professional life.)

Who's It Not For

This program is not intended for brand new coaches who are not well through their training. Nor is it intended for coaches who are unprepared to let go of what they already know and open themselves to bigger possibilities. Nor is it intended for coaches who just want to take a course but are not really willing to move through the discomfort of change. (The biggest challenges are all solved by growing past our current limitations.)

This program has a blend of components for different learning styles. There will be individualized 1 to 1 work with me, independent small group work, and large group sessions that are content rich teleclasses. If you are not prepared to flex into these different learning styles, I suggest you consider 1 to 1 coaching.

Also please note that this a mentoring program, in that I will be heavily sharing the experience of many other successful coaches. If you do not like to benefit from the advice, information and success strategies of other coaches, I would recommend you seek 1 to 1 coaching.

Finally, this program is a focused collaboration that will require your sustained commitment and effort.

Date and Time

I try to reserve time to run this program at least twice a year. Typically we start one in January and one in August. We schedule the group calls to accommodate world-wide participation. (Contact me at steve@acoach4u.com for the next session details.)

The Investment

The goal of this program is to help you build a 6-Figure Practice. The structure of this program helps you do that at fraction of what it would cost you to hire a senior mentor coach on a full 1 to 1 basis.  (Many mentors charge $500 - 750 per month and require a 6 month or year long commitment.)
